You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. If you wish to make a return of your order kindly follow the steps of the form that you received inside your package. Note: The product must be returned in good condition with unbroken sealing and in its original box. The product must be unused and in sellable condition to be an approved return.
For online orders that has been collected in our flagship store in Stockholm: You can not make a return of your online order directly in the physical store. Please notify us by email about your return and we will send you a return slip. Print the return slip and place it on the package, visit your nearest post office and drop off the return. RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD
You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. By making a return you have to arrange the shipment yourself and we recommend you to choose an option with tracking to be on the safe side. Drakenberg Sjölin will not pay the cost of the delivery unless your order is damaged and therefore seen as a claim/reclamation.
