Question When will I receive my order?
AnswerYou will get a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and another one when your order is completed(on its way to you.) The expected delivery time for ‘Standard’ shipping is following:
2-3 days to Sweden
5-7 days to Europe
up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world

Please note that the delivery times provided are guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays when in transit.

Question How do I make a return?
AnswerYou can always change your mind within 30 days after you received the order! Here you’ll find more details depending on your location:

Within Sweden: We have free returns within Sweden. You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. If you wish to make a return of your order, please follow the steps on the form that you received in the package.

For the rest of the world:  You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps on the blanket that you received in the package. By making a return you have to arrange the shipment yourself and we recommend you to choose an option with tracking to be on the safe side.

Question If I want to change to another product?
AnswerIf you would like to change items from your purchased order you make a return on the selected items and simply place a new order online.

You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your received items.

Question How can I get an item repaired?
AnswerWe repair all of our products. You can send your item by mail for evaluation. Please send along the following information together with your product: contact information (address, mail, telephone number) order number, receipt and errand.

Question How do I take care of my jewellery?
AnswerIt depends on what material your jewelry is. Silver might get oxidized over time and will need some love with a silver polish cloth or silver dip. By taking good care of your precious jewelry it will last for a lifetime.

Question Is it possible to have my purchased jewelry engraved?
AnswerYes, not a problem! However, it is not something we do ourselves. But we can help you to get in touch with a goldsmith.
Question Can I buy single earrings?
AnswerAs a customer, you can only buy the earrings as a pair.
Question Can you help lengthen/shorten a jewellery?
AnswerShould your new piece of jewellery need a minor adjustment, we are always here to help you as a customer in the best possible way. You, as a customer, can either visit our store or send the piece to us and we can check as to whether it is possible to adjust your piece of jewellery. When the inspection is complete, you will receive an email from us with information about any costs that may be incurred. You can reply to our email if you wish to proceed or not. When you choose to proceed, we will send the jewelry to the goldsmith we work with. You will then receive a message from us when the jewelery is ready for pick up or if you wish for us to send this to you, that can also be resolved.
Question Is the jewellery nickel-free?
AnswerYes! All jewellery produced is 100% nickel-free.
Question How do I know my ring size?
AnswerIt is perfectly possible to find out your ring size without an existing ring. Here’s how to measure ring size with a string:

  • Use a piece of string and wrap it around your finger
  • Make a mark on the string where it meets the end of the string
  • Straighten the string and measure it from end to mark with a ruler – now you know the circumference of your finger.
  • You can then go to our online store and enter the ring your are interested in and check out the size guide to see which size best matches the measurement you have obtained.

Question Can I ship to another address?
AnswerNo problem! At the checkout you can choose a separate billing and shipment address. f you have any further questions, please contact customer service.
Question Can I make changes on my placed order?
AnswerIf you have placed an order, it cannot be edited. The order must then be canceled and you can place a new order to correct the changes.
Question Do you sell gift cards?
AnswerUnfortunately, you cannot buy gift cards that can be used in our online store.
Question How do you package the jewellery?
AnswerEach piece of jewelry is accompanied in Drakenberg Sjölin’s original box together with a small card with the design inspiration for the collection.
