FREE RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. If you wish to make a return of your order kindly follow the steps of the form that you received inside your package. If you have any questions or lost the return paper inside the package, kindly contact: hello@drakenbergsjolin.com

Note: The product must be returned in good condition with unbroken sealing and in its original box. The product must be unused and in sellable condition to be an approved return.

RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD

You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order.  By making a return you have to arrange the shipment yourself and we recommend you to choose an option with tracking to be on the safe side. Drakenberg Sjölin will not pay the cost of the delivery unless your order is damaged and therefore seen as a claim/reclamation.

Step 1: Contact hello@drakenbergsjolin.com
and notify that you will be making a return
Step 2: Fill out the form and place it in the package
Step 3: Visit your nearest post office and drop off the return.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to change items from your purchased order you make a return on the selected items and simply place a new order online.
