DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All orders are sent from Stockholm, Sweden

STANDARD: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders

The expected delivery time for ‘Standard’ shipping:
2-3 days to Sweden
5-7 days to Europe
up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world

Note: For shipments outside Sweden, you may be subject to pay local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.

Orders will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text message so you can easily follow your order whilst it is in transit.

PICK UP IN STORE: For our customers in Stockholm, you can choose to collect your order in our store at: DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN, Hamngatan 11, Stockholm Sweden. You will get a notification by email when your order is ready to collect in store. 1-3 days.

RETURNS

RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN

FREE RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order. If you wish to make a return of your order.

Step 1: Fill in the blanket that you received in the package
Step 2:  Place the return slip on top of the package
Step 3: Visit your nearest post office and drop off the return

Note: The product must be returned in good condition with unbroken sealing and in its original box. The product must be unused and in sellable condition to be an approved return.

For online orders that has been collected in our flagship store in Stockholm: You can not make a return of your online order directly in the physical store. Please notify us by email about your return and we will send you a return slip. Print the return slip and place it on the package, visit your nearest post office and drop off the return. RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD

You have 30 days to decide what you would like to do with your order.  By making a return you have to arrange the shipment yourself and we recommend you to choose an option with tracking to be on the safe side. Drakenberg Sjölin will not pay the cost of the delivery unless your order is damaged and therefore seen as a claim/reclamation.
