These Terms shall be used for the sale of DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN’s products on this website.

These general conditions apply to you as a costumer ( “You”), place an order through www.drakenbergsjolin.com. Agreements entered into between you and DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN AB, corporate identity number 556826-0474. For detailed contact information and other information about DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN shown on the website. The conditions are only applicable for you as a costumer who are purchasing orders through the website.

DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN reserves for any image and typos on the website, such as errors in product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices or currency fluctuations) or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN have the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time. If incorrect price has been entered for an item that you ordered will DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN contact you and wait for your approval of the corrected price before DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN proceed with the order. All pictures on the website can not be guaranteed reproduce the product’s exact appearance.

TERMS. In order to make a purchase via the website, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the terms you agree to follow the terms and conditions in its entirety, and agree that you have read the information. You accept the conditions of sale by clicking on the button marked “I accept the terms and conditions”

THE SHOPPING PROCESS. You can place an order at any time of day or night. Once you’ve decided what you want, click “Add to Cart”. When you put the items you want to buy in the basket, click on “Checkout”, where you can also get an overview of all the items you selected. It is important that you check that your name, address, telephone and e-mail is correct, so that DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN can send the order. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail. Order Confirmation contains detailed information about the product / products and prices. All prices on www.drakenbergsjolin.com include 25% VAT.

AGREEMENT. A purchase agreement is concluded only when DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN confirmed your order and you received the order confirmation from DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN by e-mail. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN prompts you to save the order confirmation for any contacts with DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN’s customer care. You may cancel your order until it has been confirmed by DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN. If the order is revoked, then DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN will refund any payments that you or your debit or credit card companies have made regarding the order.

SHIPPING. Free Standard shipping on all orders.

PAYMENT. You can pay in the manner specified on the website. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN have the right to charge you directly in connection with the purchase unless it’s with invoice payment or other similar payment method selected by you and approved by DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN. For invoice payment DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN or its cooperation partners come to do a credit check. You will in such cases be informed about it. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN reserves the right to not offer all payment methods, or change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason is not working at the time of the purchase. Note that not all the any payment options are avalaible depending on which country you purchasing from.

DELIVERY. All orders placed on www.drakenbergsjolin.com will be delivered to the address specified in the order. The delivery will be done as soon as possible after the order is placed.

For shipments outside Sweden, you may be subject to pay local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.

Items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days, the post service delivery time will be added, as at most 3 weekdays within Sweden and up to 2 weeks abroad. However, we do not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. We will not compensate for any inconvenience that may occur in case of any delays. During the high sales season the delivery time may be affected.

You have to collect your package within the time specified in the notification. Packages should normally be picked up in person with valid ID and order number. You will always get a notification that shows where the package are located for collecting. Notification can be made via email, mail, and if you left the phone number, by text message. For countries outside Sweden the logistic service can vary. If you do not collect the package DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN have the right to charge you a fee of 220 SEK.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS. When you make a purchase on the website you can always change your mind within 30 days. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN within 30 days from the time you received the order. The return policy does not apply to used products.

RETURN POLICY. If you would like to return your order,  Use the enclosed return slip that you find in the received package (only available for returns within Sweden). For all orders you are responsible for the product’s condition after receiving the goods, as well as during the return shipping. The order must be returned within 30 days from the day you received your order. The product must be well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. All returns with repayment must be in sellable condition.
For returns made outside of Sweden: By making a return you have to arrange the shipment yourself and we recommend you to choose an option with tracking to be on the safe side.

If a customer sends the order back to DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN after the time of return has expired (30 days). It will automatically be marked as an unapproved return. The package will be sent back to the customer and the customer stands for the shipping cost. The invoice on the shipping cost for the unapproved return will be sent by e-mail to the invoice address specified on the associated order.

REFUND. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN will repay the amount within 30 days from the date DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN received your notice about the return. The refund is not paid until the item has been sent back. The repayment will be made to you through the payment option you chose, unless otherwise agreed or that there are other obstacles. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN does not stand for the shipping cost of a return, unless the return is due to a complaint or an error made by DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN. Refunds and returns of products purchased on the website can’t be handled by DRAKENBERG SJÖLINs retailers.

RECLAIM. Guarantee of goods only covers original product defects, and not errors that occur during or after a change of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or adjuting the product. Your order confirmation is valid as a guarantee. The reclaim covers products that are incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Customers wishing to make a complaint regarding errors needs to contact DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN within 48 hours after receiving the product. You will find contact details at the website www.drakenbergsjolin.com. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN pays the return fee if the claim is approved.

When the reclaim is returned and approved, DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN strive for this to happen within 30 days from the day DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on which product it is. If we don’t have the product in stock at the complaint change, we will offer a different product or your money back. It is also possible to wait until the item is on stock again. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN reserves the right to deny a claim if it proves that the product is not incorrect under current consumer protection legislation. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN reserves the right to make changes in these terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the website. Changes apply from the time you accepted the terms and conditions (in connection with another purchase or visiting the site), or 30 days after DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN has informed you about the changes. DRAKENBERG SJÖLIN recommend that you keep yourself updated on the site periodically to be aware of any changes on the Terms.
